Request For Qualifications

The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) and the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) have issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for preliminary development activities for Phase 1 of the I-495 & I-270 Public-Private Partnership (P3) Program. The RFQ phase will identify the teams most highly qualified to provide preliminary development activities and the potential future improvements. The shortlist of most highly qualified proposers will be identified by Summer 2020, at which time the Request for Proposals (RFP) phase will move forward. The RFP phase will conclude in Spring 2021 with selection of a Phase Developer. The RFQ contains a more detailed list of key dates during the solicitation process.
